1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
